By accessing or using Cluely AI (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of Service

Cluely AI is intended solely for professional use in sales and business communication contexts. You may not:

  • Use Cluely AI for any unlawful, harassing, or malicious activity.

  • Share, reproduce, or resell Cluely AI content or functionality without written permission.

  • Use the Service to monitor competitors, reverse-engineer, or extract intellectual property.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials.

  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized.

4. Refund Guarantee (7 Days)

We stand by the quality of our Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Please contact hi@cluelyai.com and your request will be answered within 48 hours.

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at hi@cluelyai.com within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Include your account details and reason for the refund request.

  • Your request will be answered within 48 hours.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days once approved.

5. Alpha Software / “As-Is” Disclaimer

Cluely AI is currently in beta testing and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or performance inconsistencies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is provided “as is” with no guarantees of reliability, uptime, or accuracy.

  • You will not hold Cluely AI liable for any issues arising from the use of pre-release software.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means.

  • Use the AI to impersonate others or engage in deceptive practices.

  • Input sensitive or regulated information (e.g., health, financial, or government data).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cluely AI at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cluely AI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
